For sale is a 2022 Canterbury Park Model. Purchased new - we are the first and only owners. Plenty of sleeping areas: It is considered a triple loft because of the catwalk that connects the 2 lofts. Main floor bedroom with queen sized bed and lockable pocket door. Electric fireplace, gas stove, upgraded cedar bathroom door, pullout sleeper couch, lots of storage! We are willing to include our 10x24ft treated deck with gated door as well, so it is ready to go for your lake lot (or wherever you choose to put it)! The pictures show only a portion of the deck railings, but does come with panels for all sides, we just kept them off for easier snow shoveling. Deck comes apart in 4 panels for easy moving.

Loft is 53” at the peak, 45” on the sides at the lowest point. I am 5’9” and can walk around in the loft bent at the waist. There is a window AC upstairs as well.

Our family of 5 has lived in this “tiny house” for 3 years, so there are some cosmetic bumps and bruises. We are building a house and estimate finishing in late March, 2026. This park model will be available upon completion and moving our items out of it. Twin beds in loft are not included.

Currently in Foley, MN. Buyer will need to arrange to have it moved. It is on wheels, but will need a moving truck to pull it.
