Looking to borrow/rent high MPG car in January (Willmar)

Hi folks, I'm getting set up to have some treatments done at Mayo Clinic in Rochester in January, but my car doesn't get great mileage. Is there anyone willing to loan or rent me a car that gets 35+mpg for a week? I am a 27 year ASE certified automotive technician, so I'll happily do maintenance or repairs in exchange, but I don't have a lot of funds to play with for this. Thanks
