Windows 11 had an update last week that crashed my laptop. I have a Windows 11 USB boot-able Drive. I can access Bios, and I have made all the adjustments necessary to access the recovery USB. However, the USB is still not visible. I need help, and any advice or an available Boot-able USB would be appreciated. I am too broke to pay for professional service.
When the USB Boot-able drive was discovered, it could not install because of Bitlocker. Following instructions, I cleaned the partions. Now I get the error message "all boot options are tried press f4 key to recover with factory image using recovery"
