Looking for Large Collections of Polka & Waltz 45 Records (New London)

I'm looking for large collections of polka & waltz records but only 45's. No LP's please. Especially interested in records from local polka bands from MN, WI, ND & Iowa.
I'm not interested in junk so if they are NOT in sleeves or if they smell like your basement then I'm not interested.
The larger the collection the better but smaller ones, especially from an older relative, are great, too.
