Main loft fits a queen bed comfortably

Comes with fridge, dishwasher, propane stovetop and oven, window air conditioner, “The Hobbit” wood stove, and other misc (Rugs, jacks, jack stands, etc)

It has a 15 amp electrical inlet (more can be added)
It has a 12 volt battery bank to run furnace, water pump, fan, lights
40 Gallon fresh water tank
Had a composting toilet in it when I used it so ready for another or could hook up to septic
