Committed 365 Roofing is seeking experienced Professional Shingle Roofing crews to partner with as independent subcontractors.
We are built on structure, accountability, and ownership.
We provide consistent project opportunities, clear scopes, and prompt payment. In return, we expect professionalism, clear communication, and pride in workmanship.

*We are NOT looking for labor brokers.
*We are NOT looking for subcontractors managing multiple crews.
*We are NOT looking for subcontractors who farm work out to other crews.
If your model is to drop crews on a site and “check in,” DO NOT REACH OUT.
We are looking for self-managed, independent crews led by a hands-on crew leader who works on site with their crew and takes full ownership of quality, communication, and outcomes.
If that does not describe you, this will not be a good fit, and that’s okay.
SUBCONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
1. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
2. Must be able to speak English clearly and communicate effectively.
3. Must operate as an independent business entity and be registered with the Secretary of State.
4. Must carry General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Auto Insurance.
5. Must supply all labor, tools, and equipment required to complete metal roofing systems.
6. Must provide professional, clean, transportation.
7. Must comply with Minnesota 15-Point Test subcontractor guidelines and all applicable laws.
8. Proven metal roofing experience is required. References will be requested.
9. Must stand behind its work and correct workmanship issues within its scope.
10. Must comply with OSHA safety standards.
11. Must comply with all state and federal labor and tax laws applicable to independent contractors.
