Boater's Dream in Little Falls, MN is looking to hire multiple full-time marine technicians. Ideally, our new technicians will be comfortable working on any/every type of marine motor, from outboard to inboard/sterndrive, new and old, or at least have the skills required to familiarize themselves with the wide array of motors we work on in our shop. Boater's Dream is also willing to hire and cross-train any experienced mechanical technicians that have the skillset needed to train and transfer over into the marine engine world from other industries.
Boater's Dream does not supply any tools necessary to service the motors in our shop, so it is expected that our new technicians have their own tools. Additionally, our pay rates are going to be heavily based on knowledge, experience, and the ability to step into the role of marine technician and meet the demands necessary to keep projects flowing out of the shop in both a timely and high quality manner. We are looking to build onto our current marine tech staff by adding additional team-oriented, reliable technician members.
Boater's Dream is owned by Brandon Marcyes. On top of servicing marine engines for people around the state and occasionally around the country, we are also one of the few boat salvage resources in the state for vintage/discontinued boat and motor parts that are not easily found.
Interested technicians are encouraged to reach out to Brandon using the information tagged onto this post.
