- MN registered/active LLC or Corporation
- MN Contractor's License
- Active Unemployment Insurance through MN
- Your own crew(s), equipment, and vehicle(s)
- Professional, clear communication
- Ability to meet DaBella’s General Liability & Workers Comp insurance requirements
- Strong customer service and OSHA-compliant safety standards
- Pre‑78/LEAD Certified (preferred for Windows & Siding)
- Solid experience in construction or home improvement
