I'm 3rd owner of this house. Original owner sold after first year. Second owner had it for 3 years and now I own it. Both previous owners never had the house on the ice. Both used it for camping in the summer only from what I was told when I bought it.
This house has tons and tons of room and has a dry weight of 8300lbs.
I pulled it across a weigh station scale and loaded out for fishing she weighs in at 9600 lbs.
I pull this house with my 3/4 ton diesel but have pulled it short distance with my half ton.
I've had this house on 13 inches of ice no issue this year and have used it every weekend since new years.
Berkon frame with all hydraulic tandem system under it.
Sure step to protect the door from break ins and is a nice add on for a step outside the door when there's no snow.
Full awning that is almost the length of the entire house and the slide has its own built in awning as well.

This house has an insane amount of storage space from cupboards to drawers there's way more than enough storage space for just about anything.
