Everything You Need to Know About the Sales Position at Ironclad Roofing & Restoration

Q: Is this a door-knocking or "canvassing" role? A: Absolutely not. We spend over $20,000 a month on Google Ads, Radio, and Local SEO to ensure the phone is always ringing. You will be provided with 2 to 3 pre-set, qualified appointments every single day. These are homeowners and business owners who have reached out to us specifically for an inspection or a quote. Your job is to show up on time, perform a professional inspection, and close the contract.
Q: What does a typical day look like? A: You will start your morning at our local office for a brief 15-minute "huddle" with our production team. From there, you will take your company-provided truck to your first appointment. You will use a drone and high-resolution cameras to document roof damage, sit down with the property owner to review their insurance claim or retail estimate, and guide them through the restoration process. You are the project manager and the face of the company for that client.
Q: How does the pay actually work? A: We believe in the "Professional Model."
* Base Salary: You receive a $60,000 guaranteed annual base salary, paid bi-weekly. We don't believe in "draws" that you have to pay back.
* Commissions: You earn a 10% commission on the net profit of every job you sign. Because our average job size is $15,000 to $25,000, these checks add up very quickly.
* Earnings: An average rep here earns $95,000. A "top-tier" rep who follows our system will easily clear $140,000+ in their first year.

Q: What kind of experience do I need? A: We value "grit" and communication skills over industry experience. If you have sold cars, real estate, cellular plans, or home improvements, you have the foundation we need. We provide a full 14-day paid training program where we teach you the technical side of roofing and insurance adjusting. You just need to bring a clean driving record, a professional appearance, and a desire to win.
