I am a female working professional, in my 40s pursuing a graduate degree at SCSU seeking another female roommate. Wanting to move into a nice 2 bed 2 bath with DW, W/D, AC etc, for $700/mo +utilities pp, but need another person to help share the cost, so we can both live somewhere nice in the St. Cloud area (a rare find) while pursuing our career. I have one friendly cat, so I am looking for someone who is also good with animals-though she is completely my responsibility :) I, myself, am down to earth, respectful of my roommates, clean and quiet and would like someone looking for those same characteristics. I've lived with roommates most my adult life and have had mostly good experiences, with some of my previous roommates being good friends of mine to this day. I'll be working or studying most of the time, but on occasion I enjoy socializing, dinner, drinks, outdoors etc. A criminal history and background check is required. Non-smoker please.
