Hi there. I'm looking fir a landlord that will respect me, as much as I respect them. I'm a disabled, 54 yr. old (can't do many stairs - depending). I'm a very quiet, but friendly person. I'm respectful, responsible, clean & neat person. I enjoy having my own privacy, so a separate entrance is preferable, but not required. I'm looking for a peaceful & safe location.
