Looking for June. Can be apt/studio. If a room, would need to have some space. No smoking please as it gives me headaches. Wifi and laundry would be great. Happy to pay extra. Not picky about how nice the space is. Kind of hoping to find a place without a high volume of traffic moving in and out like Airbnb's have.

Have been at my current location for 22 years. Excellent credit and can pay in advance as would just be for a few months. If a 3 month lease, I could pay the lease in full but not signing a lease longer than 3 months. Specialty is business management/accounting. I also have a lot of experience with social media using it for marketing. I did setup two businesses for the household where I'm currently at. Not a resume, but in case someone needed help.

Just me. I'm 51. No pets with me even though I get along with them fine. No health issues. Current place has me doing all housework and yard work like moving trees. I'm fine with that and can mow and work a garden as well.
