Selling our well cared for 2005 Four Winds Destination Trailer, 39', Model 38b. The unit is currently at the Two Mile seasonal park with access to Lake Osakis. The unit is in good condition and everything is in working order. There are two queen bedrooms, front and back, new pullout sofa sleeper in living room, new living room carpet, separate bathroom and shower, and screen house with deck and shed . Included is our Daka aluminum vertical boat lift with newer Liftech motor and Bluetooth remotes, good condition cannopy, powered by 2 group 27 batteries, and maintained by solar panel. Lift is 1500 capacity, can be upgraded to 2500 with new cable. Lift has 4 pads used for a 17.5 fish/ski boat but can be changed for pontoon. Lot rent is $2,100/year and 2026 is paid in full.
