Hi all – I am looking to share my beautiful house with a clean, responsible, friendly and mature female housemate in their mid 20s through 50s! The light-filled bedroom is nicely furnished (a comfortable queen-sized bed, large dresser, a soft reading chair and floor lamps), and is available July 1st 2026 for a 12-month lease. Rent is $950/month plus utilities (flat rate of $150/month for all utilities plus wifi).

The house is light-filled, well-maintained and recently updated. The living room boasts a gas fireplace. There is a private deck and a large backyard with room to garden if you are so inclined.
The home’s living room, kitchen, dining room, half bath, and washer/dryer are all on the main floor. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. You will have your own bathroom. The whole house is nicely furnished, including your bedroom.

The home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood in West Seattle, convenient to Downtown Seattle, the Airport, I-5, Highway 99, and 509. There is parking in the driveway, plus lots of free street parking.
