These days with income vs housing ratio having skyrocketed many people are facing homelessness, homeless, downsizing and in the very least, struggling to make ends meet. Our government has decided to spend the majority of taxes on new bombers, fake nasa schemes and other military purchases instead of suitably helping any crisis. The homeless are dying off, not finding places to live as we are led to believe.
If owners of real estate are able to "be the bank" and loan to people who are willing to keep the property in good shape while buying it, with more flexible payment demands such as low or zero down, low credit scores, all buyer income levels including low income, and low interest too.
I, for one, am unable to earn enough money to pay apartment prices, which are much higher than buying a house that is under 100k value. I am looking for a country home with acres in MN or western WI myself, 0 down and 80k or less.
There would be a need to write into the agreement a way to evict those who are unappreciative of the opportunity, but all in all it's a win win win for the people of this country - the seller gets full value plus interest, buyers will get to become homeowners, which will also reduce the crazy rental market for everybody else.
