PRODUCTION OPERATOR ASSISTANT

Available Shift(s): 

• 3^rd Shift – 11 pm to 7 am (Training on 1st shift for 3 weeks)

• 1^st/2^nd Rotating Shift (weekly rotation of 7 AM – 3 PM or 3 PM – 11 PM) 

The salary rate for this position is $23.44 per hour and wage range upon qualification: $23.44-$28.99 per hour depending on your role, level, and location. Primary duties include:

Safely performing a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing of corrugated boxes, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Operating various machines/equipment safely and follow specific directions
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations. 
• Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, life, reach, kneel, and stand for up to 12 hrs a day. 
• Must be able to push, pull or heavy lifting on a frequent basis. 
• Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload. 
• Other duties as assigned
