Weekend Shift Schedule
Friday and Saturday: 6:00 am – 6:30 pm (12-hour shifts).
Work 24 hours, get paid for 30 hours.
Full-time benefits eligibility included.
Job Duties
• Set up and operate a CNC press machine to manufacture metal parts according to blueprints and work orders
• Follow all departmental and company safety rules and procedures
• Receive instructions, material requirements, prints, routings, and work orders for the job
• Perform machine set-up
• Load Coils using fork truck and other equipment
• Install tooling into the press, secured by means of clamps, wedges, and bolts
• Check tool alignment prior to operation
• Perform routine maintenance
• Make adjustments to the machine to bring the part within tolerances
• Perform periodic part inspection per job instructions
• Perform first piece inspection using one or more of the following: a combination square, protractor, calipers, micrometers, or tape measure to assure bends, angles, and dimensions are correct and within given tolerances
• Maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition
Requirements
2 Years Stamping Press exp.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
Must be highly motivated and reliable.
