We are seeking a dependable maintenance technician to handle small repairs and general upkeep for an apartment complex. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and able to respond to maintenance needs as they arise.
Responsibilities include basic repairs such as light plumbing fixes, minor electrical work (outlets, switches, fixtures), drywall patching, painting touch-ups, appliance troubleshooting, door and lock repairs, and general unit turnover tasks. The technician will also be on call for occasional urgent issues.
Requirements include a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and the ability to pass a background check. Prior maintenance or handyman experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be reliable, communicate clearly, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Schedule is flexible and based on maintenance needs. Compensation will be discussed based on experience.
