Preparing a house in St. Cloud for listing and looking for someone reliable to complete a one-time landscape cleanup, ideally within the next 1–2 weeks.

Scope includes:

Remove visible weeds from paver joints, rock beds, mulched beds, around the pond, and along walkways
Pick up and haul away sticks, branches, leaves, weeds, and landscape debris
Blow/clean the deck, patio, stairs, walkways, and paver areas
Edge visible beds where appropriate
Trim only dead or damaged portions of shrubs; no heavy pruning without approval
Clean the pond area and leave it tidy and presentable
Remove and dispose of three failing arborvitae and two failing globe shrubs near the front sidewalk
Weed the surrounding front rock bed and add matching or similar rock to blend the removal areas

Optional separate quote:
A light mulch refresh only in the most visible beds near the front entry, deck/patio, and pond.
