Eastgate Farms is a 3rd generation family farming operation specializing in turkey production on two adjoined farms in southern Minnesota, located about 45 miles due south of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. The open position farm starts and finishes 5 or 6 x 25,000 heavy tom (male) flocks per year. There are farms located two miles east of downtown Northfield, a friendly rural community of 20,000 people that includes light industry, strong agriculture and two private liberal arts colleges – Carleton College and St. Olaf College.
