Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $21 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Production Machine Operator:
Operate and monitor rotational molding machines to ensure safe, efficient production
Measure and load plastic materials into molds with accuracy
Inspect finished products for quality and identify any defects
Use power tools and plant equipment to support production processes
Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and basic repairs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate with team members and leadership to meet production goals
Help train new team members and learn multiple areas of the plant
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Manufacturing or heavy machine operation experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (heat, dust, noise, noise, odors, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Reliable with consistent attendance
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to be cross-trained in different areas
