High-End Event Center, Nisswa/Brainerd Area (Guaranteed Hours + Premium Pay)
Established Twin Cities commercial cleaning company expanding into the Brainerd/Nisswa Lakes area seeks an experienced, detail-oriented independent subcontractor for a premium high-end event center.
Details:
• Location: Nisswa / Brainerd Lakes area
• Schedule: Thursday – Sunday nights (starts after 10:30 PM)
• Hours: Guaranteed minimum 10-15 hours per week
• Pay: Excellent compensation — well above standard market rates for commercial cleaning
• Work: Meticulous, high-detail cleaning at a premier venue (more than basic office/dealership/condo work)
Consistent weekly work for a reliable professional or small team. Strong attention to detail and professionalism required.
Requirements:
• Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Available Thursday–Sunday evenings
• Able to work independently to high standards
