Working mom looking for a 3 bed or more house in the area for her family, including my disabled partner and 2 children 9 and 11. Can be rural. Would prefer a garage and a yard with privacy, maybe 20-40 miles from town, Grand Forks or Fargo or honestly any larger town in ND or Minnesota.
No felonies, no drinking or smoking, no drugs.
No pets but would like the option in the future maybe.
Verifiable proof of income. Proof of rent paid at previous rental and rental reference.
Budget is 1600 or less. I would prefer photos of the property, then if interested to see the property before applying, as there are scams out there intended to take the app fee and run.
