Hello! I go by Drew. I'm having to move out within the next couple months after having helped family stay in the area for quite awhile. It's now out of their price range, so I want to move into a place that preferably has a bedroom and bathroom at the very least. Roommate situations are fine. Background checks are no problem.
I have a clean driving record.
I work full time based out of an office in the St. Cloud area.
I don't drink. (Ever. As in, don't even ask jokingly.)
I don't smoke. (This means vaping as well.)
I don't own any pets (that require lots space, plumbing or heating)
I don't need a kitchen area. (It would be nice, but not required.)
I can make use of facilities in town if need be for personal laundry and so forth.
I work odd hours as I'm often up at the butt-crack of dawn, 3 (am) and leave by 5 at the latest. Sometimes I'm away in North Dakota or South Dakota for a work trip. I'm looking to attend CDL school as well this next year and I'd need a place to stay to do so.
These are preferences, but I can live them.
Smokers (Outside)
Drinkers (As long as they keep it to themselves.)
Pets (I'm allergic to cats but I can keep my door closed.)
Things I don't tolerate:
Being treated like garbage.
Sudden price/housing increases without explanation.
An invasion of privacy without prior notice.
