$3.70Per/lb hanging weight plus processing for 1/2.

$3.65Per/lb handing weight plus processing for whole cow.

Call to reserve 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef. Next butcher dates March 30th 2026, May 4th 2026, June 8th 2026, July 13th 2026, & September 8th 2026. I have butcher dates scheduled through the end of the year also.
