Homegrown Holstein steer, grass-fed and finished on no-spray hay and grass pasture. No vaxx, no meds, naturally and holistically raised on raw Jersey milk.

Half (or 2 quarters) available. It is $550/quarter due to the farm at the time of order (cash or check). He will be processed at Grand Champion in Foley. Pickup and pay for processing (approx $1.65/lb hanging weight for basic processing) at the meat locker. We estimate he will be 130lbs hanging weight per quarter.

We are happy to walk new bulk beef customers through the process! Reach out with questions!

This is our last beef for the foreseeable future - all the remaining steers have butcher dates for this summer.
