This item is new in the box never used
It is a paint rolling system where you can fill it directly from a 1 gallon paint can and as you paint you just keep adding paint to the rollor by pressing the lever just like a caulking gun
And when you need more paint just suck some more in from the can and keep painting
No more dip / roll a few times dip and roll ...
