I had updated my power center so I could charge Li batteries better in my previous camper so this converter is no longer needed. I cannot see a part number on it.
As far as I know, they are pretty universal from one camper to another, and they are in the $200 range new.

Easy to replace, just 2 screws and 5 wires -
