We are selling our CR-V. It has been very well maintained, with all maintenance completed on time by our uncle, who has taken great care of it. Although it has high mileage, it still drives like new. The interior is in excellent condition (10/10), and the body is also in great shape (10/10). All spark plugs were replaced about 3 months ago, the tires are only about a year old, the brakes are new, and the A/C was recently recharged and blows cold. The only issue is rust on the crossmember/body support bar, which has caused the driver's-side rear tire alignment to be off and will need repair. We had planned to fix it ourselves, but we recently got a great deal on a truck from our uncle, so we decided to sell the CR-V instead. The current market value and KBB value are between $4,500 and $5,800, but we have already lowered the price to account for the needed repair.
