The console features a wood cabinet and woven speaker grilles, typical of mid-century modern design
Dimensions: 31.5” long (closed), 63.5” long (open) x 12.5” deep x 19.5” high
This awesome MCM Mid-Century Modern GE table top stereo is one of the most versatile MCM consoles. When the doors for the speakers are open, the turntable can be pulled down for use. There is also a small cabinet to store the record sleeves that you are currently playing. The speakers are integrated into the main unit with hinges, allowing them to swing open for stereo sound and fold closed when not in use. The speakers are removable. With the addition of optional speaker cables, they can be placed elsewhere in the room.
This vintage stereo can be placed on top of a table, credenza, or record storage cabinet (all sold separately). As an optional add-on, legs can be added to the bottom to make it a free-standing unit. As another option, we can adapt this unit to be mounted directly on the wall.
It includes an AM/FM radio, vinyl record player, and an aux input that can be used to attach a Bluetooth receiver or other external device. Records can be stacked on the turntable's record changer.
This is for pick up only.
