Exactly as we salvaged from a +110-year-old house when the old brick chimney was removed to upgrade HVAC system. The outside diameter is 8.25". Holders on back are intact. Yes, there's rust, dust and dirt. It's called "patina." The picture on the front has very little damage. The colors should "pop" with proper cleaning. This can be yours for $10.
